In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace. Ephesians 1:17
I love the word "through." Have you ever considered this word and noticed how it's used? Today's verse says that we are redeemed through the blood of Christ. There's no other way.
God is with us through the valley of the shadow of death. Not around this valley. Not over or under it, but through this darkness (Psalm 23).
Grace and truth were realized through Christ. Without Christ we would not know what grace feels like. We are saved through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ (John 1:17 and Acts 15:11).
The world will be judged and made right through the Man, Jesus Christ (Acts 17:31), no one else.
We are declared righteous and justified by the Righteous God through faith in Christ Jesus (Romans 3:20-25). There's no other way.
We have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. (Romans 5:1).
The Love of God is poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit who dwells in us (Romans 5:5).
We are saved from the wrath of God through Christ (Romans 5:9).
We overwhelmingly conquer through Christ who has loved us so (Romans 8:37).
I can go through all circumstances through Christ who strengthens me (Philippians 4:13).
Through...I love this word.
